I had to return an item because I’d ordered the wrong one, and I was a bit suspicious it was going to turn into a hassle. But the return was straightforward, support got back to me the same day, and the refund came through quicker than I expected. No messing about in the end. I’d use ninja-vapes.co.uk again.

So, overall, I’d say the customer service was decent.
